Screen setup tips

We have a lot of new lotro players, their for I thought I could give you some tips for screen setup.

Sometimes if you organize your screen the way you want it, the playing will go better J

• To change the size of radar, vitals, toolbar, ..

           Go to options, click on UI settings, scroll down and there you can change the sizes. In the beginning of the page, you have these
           options you can click on. One of them is show what your target is targeting. This can come in handy….

           If you go to the combat tab, there you can click on the option: show vitals of what your enemy is targeting (lol something like that)

• To move your radar, questtracker, alerts, mountdisplay,…

  Press ctrl µ , now you will see what can appear on your screen, for moving it, just click and hold and move. When you’ve finished with this, press ctrl µ again

• chatwindows

  Sometimes it can be difficult to follow what’s been said on the chat, because of the world chat, kin chat, tells, etc…

  If you right click on the general tab, you can choose different options, you can create a new tab. When you see the new tab, you can click on it, hold it and move it (mine is above the general), you can rename it (mine is called kin) and if you right click on it you can change filters, mine has: kinship, tells, officers, fellowship. So everything that’s been said in those categories will appear in the new chatroom. You can change then your general filter so it wont appear double. You can also change the colour of the chatrooms (when  the background of the chat darker is, then you can see what’s been said better)

• The bags:

  If you still have your tree (or four) bags open, you can put them into one bag. Click on the * in the bag and drag the slots from the other bags into that one.

• If you’ve done the bags, now you can see that in your toolbar below there are slots available. If you go to your UI setting than you can change those slots. What can be usefull: house, hobby, reputation, wallet, mounts and the last one, bag.
